SINZ provides a structured, detailed and yet an uncomplicated process. The "turn-key" approach is an integrated process combining the approvals, design, manufacture and installation phases. Once contracted, SINZ becomes the "one stop" shop for the interiors management - giving the client the peace of mind, quality craftsmanship, delivery on a DIFOTIS basis and full warranty on all aspects of the work undertaken within the scope.

Sub-contracting is an exception and not the rule and is only undertaken with the full consent of the client. SINZ has a robust process of quality control and project reviews thus ensuring that all positive learnings from one project is transferred to the next. It is the combination of the strong structure and processes that ensures that the customer deliverables are met.
